TUTA has produced Lagarce's Rules for Good Manners in the Modern World two years ago after being intrigued by unusual form of the play and a high staging demand it posed on a director and actors. During working on Rules we have become fans of Lagarce's beautiful, urgent, and precise writing that celebrates theatre as an event and an open process. By staging It's Only the End of the World - his most acclaimed play - TUTA would like to return to this major contemporary dramatist who is little known outside of France.
